Our Services

North Bay Property Management provides many services to help manage your home and provide assistance for you and your guests.
The following are the services that are included in the standard monthly fee. If there are any other services you require please let us know.

Housekeeping Management

Includes maid services, maintenance personnel, garden and pool maintenance services. We locate and screen workers, schedule, inspect and instruct workers to provide maximum care to accomodate your personal preferences.

Accounting and Payment of Utilities and Fees

We pay and keep a monthly schedule and accounts of services rendered, utilities, bank trusts and fees, including :

Utilities : gas, water, electric, telephone and TV
Annual property taxes
Federal Trust fees

Inspection and Maintenance Supervision

Provide a detailed inspection quarterly
Solicit reliable and professional contractors when necessary
Inspect / supervise work and pay contractors (additional charges may apply for extensive jobs)

Owner/Guest Assistance

Provide written pre-arrival instructions including directions and informing administration and security of arrivals (if necessary)
Greet guests (upon request)
Recommend tourist / sightseeing attractions or tours
Handle problems as they arise
